We take the security of your online transactions seriously. Your credit card information is protected by state-of-the-art encryption software.
The encryption process makes your online ordering safe; it is the standard for processing a secure credit card order over the Internet.
Special Orders
Certain items including motorized treadmills, oversized items, and any dropship items are special orders and subject to a separate refund and cancellation policy.
We must enforce this policy because we do not stock these items and are ordered on a per customer basis.
Although these specials orders can take up to 8 weeks, we must charge our customers' credit card at the time the order is placed.
All returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee as we are unable to return the merchandise to the manufacturer once received.
A cancellation is allowed as long as the product has not shipped from the manufacturer.
Shipping Policy
For most orders, there is a minimum shipping charge of $3.95. Orders usually ship out from Home-Gym-Exercise-Equipment.com next business day,
however, to keep our prices so low, we may occasionally ship in 5-7 business days depending on inventory.
Please allow additional delivery time for drop ship items.

Briefly - pretend like you are going to buy the product and/or products - fill out the information in the form and just before you fill out the credit card information the shipping price and grand total will appear.
- Select your product and/or products to purchase, "+ buy" or "checkout."
- Please fill out the credit card billing and/or shipping information form that includes your "shipping" zip code by proceeding to "checkout" in the shopping cart.
- Make sure that the product "Details" and options in your cart are correct, if the are not correct update the items in your cart by changing the "Quantity" of items and/or "Delete" them press Update Totals and/or delete as sometimes previous selections are stored on your pc.
- At any time you can "Add", "Delete" or "Update" all items in your cart and/or "Continue Shopping."
- Press "checkout" to enter your customer and shipping information
- Enter the information in the form
- Please click below "checkout" to complete your transaction.
- This is where the shipping cost information is given
- Press "checkout" and the Total Goods, Shipping and Grand Total information are given.
- At this point you can abandon the purchase process or continue to complete the transaction via our secure credit card gateway processor "Authorize.net." This is where your actual transaction takes place and then a confimation email with the order number is sent to your email address.
