Multisports Home Gyms are heavy gauge steel construction which ensures strength, stability, and durability. We use reinforced nylon pulleys with sealed steel bearings and nylon coated aircraft cable rated at 2000 lb. tensile strength to give a smooth, quiet, and durable response for an intense workout. High density foam upholstery with stitched seams provide long lasting comfort and durability.
The is a multi-station home gym with a single 200 lb. weight stack. Stations include a press, pec deck, leg press, high pulley, low pulley, leg ext./curl, ab crunch and VKR. Range of Motion Adjustments provide variable starting positions on the press and pec stations. Adjustable seat positions allow for proper positioning when exercising. The unique design of the leg press allows for over 400 lb. of resistance.

Home Gym MS-3200 is designed to target muscle groups in the legs, chest, back, shoulders and upper-abdominals. The frame is constructed of 12 gauge steel and the high density contoured bench is vinyl with stitched seams. The Multisports MS-3200 Home Gym features the following exercises: press, pec deck, leg press, high and low pulley, leg extension/curl, ab crunch and VKR. The cables are nylon coated 2000 pound test aircraft cables and the frame is finished with a spider white wrinkle coat. The Multisports MS-3200 Home Gym also features a multi-position arm press, an ab crunch cable, a unique leg press and adjustable range of motion
