Switching between stepper mode and elliptical mode is quick and easy. You simply move the two adjustment knobs. The dual handlebars add the upper body strength and added cardiovascular offered by the cross country skiing motion. The Elite EMR Elliptical - Stepper is pre-programmed with 12 workouts plus you can create and save up to four personalized workouts. The Elite's electronic console displays time, height, weight, RPM, speed, MPH, distance, fat percentage, calories burned, and Body Metabolism Rate. Use the Elite Elliptical - Stepper in forward or reverse to vary your workout, and adjust the intensity level anytime during your workout by pressing the "+" button or "-" button on the console.
