The Gyrotonic Transformer PowerCoil Resistance System includes 3 sets of high resistance springs and a PowerBar for upper and lower body strength training. All Gyrotonic Transformers come equipped with a coil system that delivers 90 pounds of resistance. By adding one, two, or all three sets of PowerCoils, the resistance can be increased by 200%, 250%, or up to 300%.
The included GYROTONIC® PowerCoil workout video takes you through 23 minutes of training that strengthens your legs, back, chest, shoulders, arms, and abs. At the beginning of each exercise, you are prompted with the number of repetitions as well as the number of sets for four fitness levels: beginner, intermediate, advanced and elite, so this workout will accommodate and guide you to reaching your long-term strength-building goals.
Attach the PowerBar and you can add strength to your arms, back, chest and abs.

The GYROTONIC® Transformer® is one of the best ways to build the strength, speed, flexibility, hand/eye coordination, overall body control and balance needed to be the best athlete you can be.
Each of the sport specific instructional videos first takes you through a full body workout highlighting 80 core exercises that target stretching and strengthening the muscles, joints, and connective tissue.
Part two focuses on strategic motion exercises for each sport. Here you will specifically work on improving strength, flexibility and the mechanics of tennis, golf, baseball, and boxing movements. Resistance throughout each movement teaches you to maintain the proper body position, and working both sides of the body adds balance and coordination which also aids in preventing injuries. All levels will benefit from Gyrotonic exercise.

Stamina Products Inc. warrants our products to be free from defects in materials and
workmanship at the time of the original purchase from this authorized retailer. In the event
that a product becomes defective, please contact home-gym-exercise-equipment.com and-or send
written notification to the manufacturer. If the defect is under the limited warranty, you
may be requested to return the product or part to to the manufacturer for repair or
replacement. Stamina Products Inc. reserves the right to require the customer to pay for the
return shipping of the item.
Warranty information on a specific product can be found toward the back of the Owners
Manual. The warranty will not apply to any product that has been subject to
commercial use, abuse, misuse, or any type of modification by the consumer.
