General Shipping Guidelines for mainland US shipments
1) For most orders, there is a minimum shipping charge of $3.95.
2) Please allow additional delivery time for drop ship items.
3) Items will generally ship next business day but depending on inventory may be shipped in 5-7 business days.

Shipping for Oversized Items:,
Please Note that we can not ship oversized items to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO, and FPO.
Exercise Equipment is only shipped to the 48 Contiguous states.
Overnight Shipping:
For your convenience, Home-Gym-Exercise-Equipment.com offers you the option of overnight shipping.
Please note that most of our items ship in an "over weight/over sized" class and tend to be extremely expensive to ship overnight.

Refusal of Delivery:
If an order is refused, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs back to Home-Gym-Exercise-Equipment.com and any other costs that occur during the delivery process.
Incorrect Shipping Information:
If a package is returned to Home-Gym-Exercise-Equipment.com due to an incorrect shipping address, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost as well as the new delivery cost.
If a free shipping coupon was applied, it will not be valid due to the error on the customer's part and you will be charged for all shipping costs.
Limited Free Shipping:
Free shipping offer is limited to the 48 contiguous United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). For shipping costs to locations other than the 48 contiguous United States please contact us via phone or email.

Briefly - pretend like you are going to buy the product and/or products - fill out the information in the form and just before you fill out the credit card information the shipping price and grand total will appear.
- Select your product and/or products to purchase, "+ buy" or "checkout."

- At any time you can "Add", "Delete" or "Update" all items in your cart and/or "Continue Shopping."
- Press "checkout" to enter your customer and shipping information
- Enter the information in the form
- Please click below "checkout" to complete your transaction.
- This is where the shipping cost information is given
- Press "checkout" and the Total Goods, Shipping and Grand Total information are given.
- At this point you can abandon the purchase process or continue to complete the transaction via our secure credit card gateway processor "Authorize.net." This is where your actual transaction takes place and then a confimation email with the order number is sent to your email address.
